We're looking for a talented Office Manager and Operations Coordinator to support our Head of Operations and team on organizational and administrative topics. In this role, you'll leverage your inquisitive mind, structured way of working, and strong interpersonal skills to own daily office management, and administrative topics, and support finance, legal and human resources.

About the Role
As the Office Champion at Acmetric, you'll be the go-to person for keeping our office in tip-top shape and supporting the Head of Operations with a variety of tasks. This role is perfect for someone who loves juggling multiple responsibilities and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Office Vibes & Organization Champion:

    • Keep our office humming by managing supplies, IT equipment, and facilities;

    • Be the friendly face and helpful hand for all office-related inquiries and needs, for acmetricians and guests;

    • Take charge of the office budget and expenses, making sure everything runs smoothly without breaking the bank;

    • Welcome visitors with a smile and handle phone calls with a friendly and professional demeanor.

    • Keep the flow of correspondence smooth by managing mail and email like a boss.

  • Right-Hand Superstar to the Head of Operations:

    • Keep projects on track with your top-notch organization skills, helping the Head of Operations stay ahead of the game.

    • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion—you're like a vault!

    • Help on all things finance, from booking and invoices to supporting payroll administration. You’ll be the go-to for mobility, expenses, refunds, budget reports, and crafting those perfect draft invoices.

    • Get involved in the nitty-gritty of legal work—drafting documents, updating policies, and diving into research like a pro.

    • Support our people by setting up files, collecting essential documents, and making onboarding a breeze. Plus, keep our policies fresh and up-to-date.

    • Help Talent acquisition by supporting our recruitment events and employer branding efforts, making sure acmetric is the place everyone wants to be.

Your Qualifications
  • Hold a professional degree in a related field (preferably in finance, HR, or legal);

  • Proven experience of a minimum of 2 years, assisting a head of department, office management, or a related role (knock-out criterium);

  • Have stellar organizational and multitasking skills: you can handle several projects on several topics simultaneously;

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Dutch and English (knock-out criterium);

  • Outstanding interpersonal skills as you will be a key contact in the organization.

What we offer
  • An opportunity to work in a dynamic, innovative and intellectually stimulating work environment;

  • Be part of an ambitious startup working at the forefront of data science, machine learning and AI;

  • Opportunities for advancing your professional and personal growth, allowing you to expand your skillset and career;

  • Competitive compensation, with your salary tailored to your qualifications and expertise.

  • Additional benefits, including the flexibility to work from home, a laptop and allowance for mobility;

  • An informal work environment that fosters initiative and encourages the exploration of new ideas, contributing to a vibrant and collaborative workspace.
