acmetric is searching for a proactive Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our sales team. acmetric, based in Amsterdam, is a leading decision science and AI consulting firm dedicated to transforming data into business superpowers. About the Role

As the right candidate, you have a strong entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Your main responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and building long-lasting relationships with potential clients, focusing on the global enterprise markets. Within our sales team, you'll use and constantly refine our lead generation and outreach strategies. By understanding the unique needs and challenges of each prospect, you will align our solutions to their objectives, demonstrating how acmetric can drive their success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identifying new business opportunities to fuel the sales pipeline by engaging with prospects through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach
  • Deep research on persona, account, and industry levels to uncover key insights that will inform tailored engagement strategies
  • Qualify leads based on their potential to benefit from acmetric’s services, focusing on industry-specific decision science, AI, and ML solutions
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing stakeholders to develop and execute lead generation strategies
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitive landscape, and acmetric’s value proposition
  • Build and nurture relationships with potential clients, understanding their business needs and how our solutions can address them
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified opportunities.
Your Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Business, Tech, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in sales or BDR roles, preferably in the tech, SaaS, or consulting industries.
  • Ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders
  • Ability to understand complex business challenges and align solutions to meet client needs
  • Natural curiosity and ability to quickly learn high-level technical concepts
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Intrinsic motivation, strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Based in the Netherlands
